With effect from 1.4.2014 Maharashtra Govt has reduced registration fee payable on instrument of gift of residential or agricultural property in favour of husband, wife, son, daughter, grandson, grand-daughter or wife of deceased son to Rs.200 only. Copy of notification is available at:
