Registration procedure for flat in Mumbai

Can someone help me with procedure of flat registration in mumbai, bought in year 1994?

Obtain all the relevant record of the purchase of the flat, fix the time and date with the seller/his legal heir as the case may be, arrange for registration charges, arrange two witnesses, get prepared registered sale-deed by purchasing requisite stamp papers from ded-writer and then get it registered with Registrar of your area along-with seller adn both witnesses. NOC of municipality, House tax, electricity bills and all other statutory dues is essential in mumbai prior to registration so also obtain copies of such clearance certificates.
