Relaxation in qualifying marks for SC/ST

Regulation and brochure providing qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates to be 40% . High Court has held that after declaration of results state government can not direct addition of marks deducted by minus marking for SC/ST candidates to ensure their eligibility.

What will be fate of SLP before Supre Court?

Dear Team Tripathi,

In my humble view as the matter of policy are outside the domain of court the fate of SLP seems to be pessimist to me.  Further it would be better that if in case the ratio decidendi of the High Court is known then we can contemplate new grounds for SLP.

Best Regards

Daksh
