Release deed

Hi Sir,

The Plantiff 1 is released under the Panchayath Chairman along 2 Chiarman & 8 Members signed the released paper which is not registered & same released deed made by the Stamp Vendor & along the signature of the family members .

 There after the will is made for the same & suits mentioned the release deed is mentioned in the Will & registered ,

And now plantiff 1 is claming for the partition on the self acquired property which was will registered for Defedant 1 & 2,

So please advise on the above case..

1.  NON-Registered Deeds /Documents of any "immovable property" is legally null & void and cannot be used for any legal purposes, without any exceptions.
