Relocation after gnwc

Respected Lawyers,

Is it possible to relocate to hometown after receiving GnWC notice? The divorce case is in mediation stage and husband filed custody but yet to receive notice. I want to relocate to my hometown in 2 months if mediation does not succeed.  Is it possible if I receive custody notice?

With regards

Yes,  the only requirement is to seek permission of the Hon'ble Court. The application must mention that in anticpation of favourable orders you wish to relocate, unde bonafide circumstances. For more help please contact me.

After recieving the notice if you desire to shift, it will go against you.  Are you shifting only to avoid giving access to your husband or do you have any genuine reason?
