we have purchase land in 1996 @ Shirur with register kharedi khat...also bondary is mention in register kharedi khat...main owner having 9 acre and 24 gunte potkhraba ....we have purchase 4 acre and other part purchase 5 acre and 12 gunte potkharaba ...at the time of purchase we have not purchase potkharabha as this was not in our bondary .till 2014 there was only 2 name on satbara .....main owner know that they have remaning 12 gunta potkharabha so he applied to tahashiledar and added his name on 7/12 ...There was no notic sent to us for adding on satbara.
After Addition name for 12 gunta on 7/12 ..he immidiataly sale his 12 gunta to other party and maintion our bondary in register kharedi khat....we had compliant to Talathi and Circel office not add new owner name on satbara as he mention bondary in our land...and also file legel case in civil court in Shirur and taken statusco on ext 5 ..till present/hiring ...till now he is not came for courty for hiring.
i want to know
1) Need to remove main owner name from Satbara which is added without inform us .How to apply to prant adhikari and process
2) how to cancel new owner register kharedi khat.
