I want to rent/lease a commercial property in Jaipur, Rajasthan for 36 months. I wan to do a mutual degree so that I get back the possession of the property after 36 months. My lawyer informs me that there is some new legislation that prohibits mutual degrees for property whose rent is more than 7000 per month. Can someone guide me on this? And if thats true than what is the best way of renting/leasing this property? I understnd that Leave & License agreements are not valid in Rajasthan.
