Hi ,
I had a query,currently we are having a rented shop in which we are running our family business for last 40 yrs,we are paying rent reguraly and that receipt is in name of my grand mother.
If in case we want to transfer that reciept to my fathers name waht would be legal procedure,secondly if in case after death of my grandmother would the recipet be automatically transfered to my fathers name.
plesae guide on this situtation.
