residential order

Under DV which is the residential household.

My husband and I last stayed in army residence at Ludhiana from where we departed .

Then my husband got transfered to Merut where he did not took family accomadation .Court granted me interim residentail order at Merut but was of no use as he didnot took army accomadation.

Now he is transfered to Ambala and here also he did not took army accomadation .

Now the DV court is ready to give me residentail order at Vishakapatnam where the flat of my husband is but not at Amabala .

Which is my resedentail household

Can I get accomadation at army station

Please guide

In the given facts, it is your sweet desire to opt either of the stations where you want to have a residence at the expenses of your husband and that place shall become your residential household.

AS YOUR HUSBAND'S JOB TRANSFARABLE, THEN RIGHT TO RESIDENCE APPLICABLE TO HIS PROPERTY ONLY AND NOT THE PROPERTY OF GOVT, IE. QUERTER - WHICH HE GOT IN TERMS OF HIS SERVICE.

HERE COURT'S DECISSION CORRECT.
