Revision

complaint filed u/s 156/3.magistrate orderd police register FIR.i/o submit investigation report that no offence.protest by compainant - magistrate again order for investigation-another i/o submitted report that no offence happend-again protest filed by complainant-magistrate orderd that police investigation is acceptable so police report accepted,lekin aisa prateet hota hai ki vadi vaad chalana  chahta hai toh vaad parivad mein darj kiya jata hai.after that compainant filed revision.revison court sumottoo orderd notice for accused.

can accused person also file revision against magistrate order?

No. Contest the revision. In routine the revisional court issue notice.
