Yadanandji, if i had found workable solution with my advocate, i am not come to this site. And give advise dont tell to keep cool. I am thankful to trivediji, maruji, and chatterji for giving some ideas. you please do not fight, give solution, otherwise keep away.

Pl read these orders and see for yourself if they can be over ruled by session court. They cannot be and they have been used successfully. 

Hope with your rebuke the kid will take some rest.

My lawyer spoke about these two orders, and revision court heard him and the opposing party lawyer objected that order is not applicable as it is for tribunal case, judge told to us to come after lunch and then admitted the revision and fixed 25/10 for arguments. My thanks to all for support.
