No you cannot invoke RTI act against non-government bodies.

no RTI is not applicable to pvt. institutions.
if there is some civil dispute then u can compel the summoning of any such document through the process of court after due permission as according to law.
moreover how can u intrude into the privacy of some pvt. body under the pretext of RTI?
