Dear Sir,

your certainly purchase of the property which is subjected to lease, in order to get rid of the Lessee better to give him a notice of intention of purchase of property.

subsequently satisfied with the LESSEE  obtaing "NOC' for your sale transaction, then execute a fresh lease deed afer the formalities of registration.

go through the  terms and conditions of Lease Deed.  whether any clause abstaining the sale of the schedule property which is being leased.

if any, pls. feel free to revert.
