My Samsung Tab 2 Camera is defective and Samsung has denied to repair/replace it saying all their mobiles have this **FEATURE**. The Tab digitally zooms the photo when switching to a lower resolution video and they call it a feature. A camera should resize the image not crop and zoom while changing resolution.
I have contacted their customer service over a dozen times but they have stopped responding. I have already given it to the seller and going to file a consumer case against them if they don't refund my money.
What can I do against Samsung who lied in their advertisement of this Tab saying that the tab camera has HD quality video recording capability.
