Education/Qualification:
• LLB (Hons.) from top India law school
Experience:
• 3-4 years post qualification experience with substantial employment law experience at a major law firm and/or multinational company
• Good working knowledge of applicable discrimination, compensation, benefits and other human resources law in India
• Substantial experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts with vendors
• Some experience in complex IT services/consulting contracts (licensing, intellectual property expertise) valued
• Ability to use Excel at an intermediate level highly useful

• Ability to draft and close complex employment issues independently
• Extremely strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment
• Demonstrated ability to think and decide quickly, and to communicate complex legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely
