School refusing to give exp letter

Hi
I was employed as a teacher in a unaided school in New Delhi first on contract for the first two years and later when I resigned in 2021 they brought me on roll with a 1 year probation.
In my appt letter i was told tht the probation is for 1 year and unless stated no inference of continuing employment shall be established.
My probation ended on 31 mar and the school gave me no intimation on the status of my employment.
As I was unsure of my employment with the school i found a new job and since i had no contractual obligations with the school asked them to give me my experience letter.
The school management is enraged now and is refusing to give me any exp letter.
What can i do as without an exp letter I cannot join my next employer

Please help

The matter being sensitive, the solution is in amicable settlement than a legal tussle with uncertain outcome.

You can first issue a legal notice to the school authorities demanding your experience certificate, if they refuse then you can escalate the matter through legal forums
