Self property

DEAR SIR/MADEM

I AM 67 YEARS OLD .I RETIRED FROM GOVT EMPLOYE. I HAD 3 CHILDERENS. 'A' :-FIRST SON AGE 42,'B'-SECOND SON AGE 32 , 'C';-THIRD SON AGE 30. I TOOK A LAND IN HYDERABAD WITH MY RETIRED AMOUNT. I REGESTRED THAT LAND IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE(AGE 55 YEARS). SHE IS HOUSE WIFE. NOW  FROM THE LAST 15 YEARS MY ELDER SON IS NOT TAKING CARE OF ME AND MY WIFE. MY WIFE DECIDED TO GIVE GIFT DEED TO MY LAST TWO SONS(I.e B and C sons). i also aggred to give that land.

MY QUESTION IS;

1)  AFTER MY DEATH ,MY ELDER SON (A) ,IS HE HAVING ANY RIGHT TO TAKE THAT PROPERTY.

It is believed that you are Hindu.

It is self acquired property and owner can give it to anyone as he/she pleases.

It shall be appropriate to consult a local lawyer with all papers and under his expert guidance register the Gift Deed properly.
