Dear Expert,
Sir my client is an C&F agent of FMCG co from last 10 years.
He not pay service tax on C&F commission received from company.
he received every year approx 15 lakh as commission and transportation charges 50 -50.
What provision will be applicable on it now.
Is he will have to pay service tax on previous year's received commission.
Please help me
