On which date maintenance charges become applicable (1) date of execution of sale deed (2) hande over of possession by builder (3) on date of issue of completion certificate to builder by authority?
If a builder charges exhorbitantly high maintenance charges, what recourse is available to buyers when there is no owner's society in existance on account of less than 60% sale deed execution ?
