Size of plot

Respected sir, i have purchased a plot with boundary walls covered of 100sq yards, and it is still in agreement & balance payment & registration has to be happened yet. the dimension should be 20' x 45' . but when i verified the actual dimension is 18.75'x45'. now what should i do...as i have given 25% amount to seller. how i can challenge him. and what are laws ...pl advise i am in a fix ,

Ask seller to give you possession as per the agreement which you must had made beginning , if he cannot provide the possession as per agreement then make the payment according the actual size of plot.

sir actually the plot is alloted by PUDA...and on allotment letter it is written20x45...and on all three side houses are made....however 4.5inch from both side to be less that is 9 inches as walls are common and it should be 19.25ft...but actually it is less 18.75 bredth wise sir...

Yeah exactly....both side constructed houses..with joint wall.....9inch one side...9 inch second side.....but since the walls are joints so 4.5 inches from one side and same way from another side...hence effective it should be remaimed 19 ft 3 inches....but it is 18ft 9 inches of the plot in question..

sir actually seller person X is allotted this plot 15 yrs back from puda...now registered in his name after reallotment...5 yrs back...pl advise me how can i challenge him...as he is registered owner
