THE NCDRC IS DELAYING MY PAYMENT BY GIVING UNDUE OPPORTUNITIES TO JDs EMAAR MGF, WHEREIN MY PRINCIPAL AMOUNT HAD BEEN DEPOSITED BY THE JDs WITH SCDRC AT CHANDIGARH. ALSO THEY HAVE MADE MY FIRST APPEAL SINE DIE. CAN I SEEK RELIEF FROM SUPEREME COURT OF INDIA UNDER ART. 32 FOR TIMELY SETTLEMNT OF MY DECREE BY FILING A SL?,

As the matter is already pending before SCDRC/ NCDRC,the Writ Petition / Special Leave Petition may not be admitted by Supereme Court.
