Government has allotted me a flat under 5% govt quota in February 2007. Flat was vacant from its construction in 1996 & was under government custody till the time its allotted to me. Now Society is asking me to pay maintenance from 1996 which i think is against property law.
Could you please give the advise to proceed further.
