Software training in private institute

Hi , I enrolled For a software Training Institute in South ex, Those people have given a poor training and are not Returning money,Also the faculty has started Humiliating me,...

I don't think police can do anything at this stage. its better you file a complaint in the district consumer forum. they generally don't take long years to dispose a case. in consumer forum you yourself can fight your case. it is not mandatory to engage an advocate. complaint in plain papers are also accepted.
