Solvency certificate

Hi,

Is there a government agency which can certify my company solvency status?

I have a letter from by bank which states my account details and balance.

This document is required from govt agency, to submit to a foreign authorities to enable open a branch of the company.

Thanks!

You will have to obtain the solvency certificate from the Tahasildar of your Taluks

SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE CAN BE GIVEN BY YOUR BANKERS

ALSO TAHSILDAR OF YOUR JURISDICTION CAN GIVE SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE.

SOME OF THE FOREIGN AGENCIES ACCEPT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT STATEMENT OF SOLVENCY.

ALSO A TESTIMONIAL FROM A TRADE AGENCY LIKE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WILL HELP YOUR PURPOSE.
