Has there been any incident of murder committed in space  reported so far?

Space is governed by five key international treaties, known informally as the Outer Space Treaty, the Rescue Agreement, the Liability Convention, the Registration Convention, and the Moon Agreement (their formal names are much, much longer)

However there are no such laws governing the issue you are curious about it, if at all you come to know anything about the subject matter, you may furnish the same for the general knowledge of all others here.

Nothing of such is possible under Indian laws.

It is an obvious fact that no country or governmental entity owns space. Political boundaries do not expand past Earth’s atmosphere.
Article 7 of the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 states that, "A State Party or a signatory to the Treaty on whose registry an object launched into outer space is carried shall retain under the jurisdiction and control over such object, and over any personnel involved thereof, while in outer space or on any other celestial body."
In simple words, if a crime is committed on a space craft belonging to a particular nation, only that nation would have legal jurisdiction in the case and therefore investigate the person who committed the crime.
The recent criminal accusations which were made against an American astronaut illustrates the complications of the legal structure which may apply in such cases. If both of the involved parties in the alleged crime are Americans by nationality, it becomes a pure American domestic legal issue and NASA should be the first to initiate an investigate into the matter.
An inter-governmental agreement (IGA) laid down the regulations for cooperation between nations that would coexist on the space station. The agreement was signed in the year 1998. According to the IGA, each nation is required to carry out criminal jurisdiction over people from its respective nation.
