Hello every one
I have a query regarding (FIPB)Foreign Investment Promotion Board's approval in sourcing from small scale industries.
My doubt is when FDI is allowed through automatic route but with a rider from FIPB that such foreign entity would not source from the SSI the product in which the former is trading and subsequently the foreign company does exactly the same, should it get FIPB's approval.
