Dear Mr. Varun Kumar,

From the query I understand that you want to know the prevailing stamp duty for Dissolution Deed in Karnataka.

Please note that the prevailing stamp duty for  Dissolution Deed would be Rs. 500/- However, if there is an involvement of property in the business, then the applicable stamp duty would be on the prevailing market value of the subject property.

Trust this meets with your requirement.

Please do let me know if you require further clarification in this regard.

Thank you and best regards.
