Stamp value for will deed

My mother is writing her will for her property, what is the value of Non Judicial Stamp paper to be used for the deed?

For writing a will,neither stamps nor registration of will is required. will can be even write on a plain paper,only requirement of will is it should be contain signature of testator and two witnesses signature whom presence testator put his signature on will.

what is the amount of stamp duty applicable for a Liaisoning agreement to be legally enforceable ? is it equally good on plain paper or letter head?
