Hello,
I have an IT office in an Chennai appartment. We do software, web, mobile apps development for clients.
Registered the office as pvt ltd.
Tried to open a bank account with incorporation certificate and pan card but bank is asking me to register for STPI, SOFTEX and FEMA.
What should I do? Register?
Secondly, what are the other registrations I need to get from govt? (apart from incorporation certificate and pan)
