I took goods from a person 1 year ago. Settled 1/3rd of the invoice amount. Rest I am unable to give as business was down. I requested him to take the goods back but he said he only wanted money. I told him I will be able to give only if I am able to sell the goods or if I find a new investor.
He died by suicide 15 days ago as he couldn't handle the stress. One more person has to give him the money. Not sure if he has left a suicide note Or not. Am I responsible for his suicide? Will I get arrested?
The business is in his wife name. She is alive.
