Dear Sir,

 

1. Suit FIled against proprietor but in written statement properitor denied being the proprietor of the Unregistered Form

KINDLY ADVISE WHAT IS THE  REMEDY  AVAILABLE TO US

 

2. Suit filed against the name of Unregistered Proprietorship Firm " ABC & Company"  is maintainable

KINDLY ADVISE WITH ANY SUCH JUDGMENT

Suit against the unregd., proprietorship is maintainable.  No judgements are required for this.  It is matter of evidence.  What documents you have to show that you had a transaction with him?

you need to adduce evidence to the effect that the relationship of the respondent was of a proprietor of the firm
