Wife filed CrPC-125 petition without disclosing when the offence is happened. All the allegations are vague in nature withput disclosing the date of incident or the Hospital details at which wife got admitted and treated for injuries etc.
Wife did not disclose the detaisl of the incidents because she is lying and those incidents never happened. I asked my lawyer to file CrPC 91 application to disclose the incident details else husband is not informed abou the offence commited and durign cross examination only wife disclose soem date suddenly hence husband side wont have any preparation for defence.
Is it recomended to file such application U/s 91 to ask the wife to disclose the detaisl of the incident and produce the hospital bills supporting the incident in court.
