Survey Nr Mismatch

Hi ,

I am planning to purchase a property (Plot) in which the Current and parent document shoes the survey nr as 315/1 ...And when we are checking the municipal land measurement docu it's shows 315/2 ...

the seller telling that he will get the NOC from the previous seller also ..

the diff in survey nr Will it create any problem in future .???...

What kind of measure we need to take ??

Kindly advice

If the survey no. is wrongly mentioned in the title deeds it has to rectified before u purchase the property. Also check the boundaries and extent.

As per the Supreme Court judgments, always the boundaries prevail over the measurements and mismatch survey numbers.
