I belongs to Jaipur Rajasthan and I have given my house to a Lady who belongs to SC/ST category last year.
She signed a lease for 11 months and when i asked her to vacate the house once lease is over but she refused and asked permission to stay for few more months. I have given her permission to stay in house for 3 months. but she stopped paying the rent for last 5 months and refuse to vacate the house.
I spoke with Local lawyers and they told me this kind of case takes 8--10 years to settle, dont we have any law favouring land lord and save them from such crooks ?
please let me know if there is any rule in Rajasthan rental act which supposts owner of the house and help me to kick out this lady from my house.
