I was an employee of a call center based in noida.
On a given day I had a severe headache and went to get a beer and the cab came to pick me.
I got on the cab with the beer....finished it there alone.
The cab had 3 members already and the driver.
Later the cab driver who owns a private car as our company has non-commercial cars complained and I was terminated on the 5th of this month.
The company is not willling to pay me my last month's salary (the salary date is the 10th ,though the company's strength is less than 1000)
I didn't sign as the termination letter as I felt it was unjust.
I have no problem with a warning letter but termination without noyice is unfair.
And being a girl, I feel they are thinking I wasn't sober but I was sober .
I am planning to file a case .....
Just want to know is there a chance ????
I was working as a Sr.CCE for only 3 months....
