The BCI rule states that one has to have a full-time regular 3 yr or 5yr B.A llb degree  from a BCI approved college in order to appear for AIBE exam and get enrolled as an advocate. The query states that the llb degree was recieved from an evening course. Part-time, Distance law courses are ruled out by honourable  BCI. In this case sadly you are in-eligible.
