court has done the partition 4 equal shares of property to the 3 sons(3 shares) and parent's(1share).Sir I want to know my right on my parents share. Due to some disputes between me and my family. my brothers are trying to take the whole share( without having any intention to give the share to me) by will of my perents.
Can they do so ?

No legally he cannot do so because according to the family law you are entitled to the share in property belonging to your parent . You can comtinue with filing a complaint and proceeding to the court.
