Trespassing

Hi

We are executive council of a housing colony. After the layout was made and sold to individuals, parks were handed over to municipal authorities., an empty space next to someone's purchased plot is occupied by them and constructed compiund waslls. Municipal authorities say that empty place belong to them. Executive council removed portion of the compound wall aroung the empty space occupied. The adjoining space buyer filed case against four of the executive council under sections 447, 427, 506 read under IPC 34.

Since the place is claimed by municipal authorities (not contested by us) and partly removed by us, is there a case against us?
