we both need justice ,under very poor circumstances our marriage have been nullified by lower court few days ago under non counsumption of marriage .our marriage was under special marriage act but her parents shomehow manage to take back from my house and keep her at unknown place and they forced me to file petition on ground of non cunsumption ......judge,,advocate everybody take bribe from her father ...judge did't ask me single question....and declare nullity of marriage on ground of exparte.....now we both want to revive our marriage at upper court...we will not alive without each other plz help in this regard.....she faced 3rd degree mental physical torture from her family.she is Officer in PSU.
what is the procedure of reviving of this marriage and on what ground???
what is time limit for this after decree of this marriage at lower court???
could we revieve this marriage on joint petition to high court???
please help me.i need ur valuable advice
