pls help me by solving the query
if i have taken LTC encashment for block year say 2011-12 in 2014 for my wife .
(As per rule of our organization for encashement of ltc no train ticket is required to be submitted , in our organization there are two rule of LTC 1. availing of LTC (permissible with actual train ticket, reimburshment of fare shall be done , and no tax deducted ) and encashment of LTC(no train ticket required , u get lumsum train fare of 1800 Km and the income tax get deducted )
my wife was with me till 2012 but after that due to matrimonial dispute he left me . NO DIVORCE has been taken till date.
wife complaint in my office that LTC encashment is false as i left him in year 2013
My argument is the claim is right because :
- Though as per her she has not lived with me but the claim was for the block year 2011-12 when she was with me
- For claim of encashment actual journey is not required .
pls suggest /comment whether i am right.
