Vacation of interim order (crl-p)

My cousin who is on bail has filed CRL-P (IPC 341/502/505) at HC

There is inordinate delay of more than 2 years

HC has given interim order which is nothing but maintaining status quo (Bail Conditions), mainly not to protest in front of the company.

However, his lawyer is imposing more restrictions on my cousins' freedom/fundamental rights/liberty by saying cousin should not protest anywhere and also not to post on social media (neither CJM court nor HC have made such orders)

HC while declaring interim order has said if there is any violation 'the matter viewed seriously and the matter would be heard for vacation of the interim order'

What is the meaning of above statement & consequences if HC vacates Interim order ?

PLEASE HELP.

THANKS in Advance
