Dear all i had rcved ex party visitation order from family court aftr few weeks i hav to go abroad for job in mean time she recalled ex party order and she never filed written rply till now (6 monthspassed) and its abt 3 weeks (8 court date) i am requesting to court with my advocate for visitation rights but judge not listing me and keep giving dates , i don't know what else i do only keep rqsting on every dates .. pls advice

keeping date by date is not the order of the court. there must be some legalities. consult with your advocate to expediate or change the advocate.
