Voting in apartments

Sir, if there are multiple owners in a single flat, do all of them gets voting right?  Or 1ly one vote is Allowed?  If so how to count the number of votes, "for and against" if some are ignored? Doesn't it sound malfides....

It is only one member whose name stands first is eligible to vote in a cooperative society, however, s/he may authorise second member in writing to exercise voting right.

It is one vote for one apartment, notwithstanding the number of Owners.

Ohh OK but will that be an INJUSTICE to other owners of the flat who are the real ppl affected if its voted 🗳 against their wish. What is their stand on such voting?

Those who wish to have justice should independently buy a Flat in their own name in the same building and vote as they wish and if that candidate won, they can get their wishes fulfilled through him.
