What details required in caw cell information letter

Respected All,

My case is ongoing in CAW Cell. On the second meeting IO gave istridhan list to me and a letter gives to my wife to fill all the details are required in letter and take back with on next date.

My wife didn't come on next date and IO gives me the next date.

Now i want to know that

1. What should i do the istridhan list ?

Start collecting the items from where there are and put em all in a basket.  Big items like fridge

washing machine etc you can take help of packers and movers.  But make sure every item she has mentioned should be there with you, and make sure she has bills for all items which she claims as stridhan.  If she has not valid VAT bills, then she cannot claim such items.

2. What type of letter given to my wife and what the details to be filled in ?

3. What happen if my wife got failed to provide the necessary information which is required to be filled in the letter ?
