Here are some facts
A's Mother has expired some 3 degades ago , and a death certificate has been obtained.She is survived by her only son and Husband.
There is a property , where the son wants to construct a house for which he needs loan from the bank.
Now please advise what needs to be done so that the son will get the loan , does he needs to be the absolute owner or will he succeed the property automatically.
What needs to be done inorder for him to be the absolute owner of the property , father has no objection for that.
