Dear LCI Querist @ Mr. Sandeep Kumar

The present sufferer and future litigant should also put in best efforts to find:

--Persons ( PIP; Party in Person) that have faced similar issues and faced bravely and have learnt finer nuances of the matter and procedures in courts of law, tactics of OP’s and counsels of OP’s to waste efforts and evidence ( corroborating evidence) of complainant/litigant, delay the matter to intolerable limits, harass, subdue, tire and waste hard earned monies, fleece, exploit, blackmail,  and bring the person to such situation where one is subdued and accept the happenings as one’s/his/her fate and prostrate and surrender to situation and live rest of one’s/his/her, life in  same tormenting condition….

The practical experience of PIP can be indeed gainful.

--Forums, online portals etc etc  where some quality information is available and sincere and genuine persons post such information…………….and one should avoid posers and impostors that loiter at such forums, portals to allure and fleece unsuspecting querists………….

There are endless threads at LCI also where querists have posted that they have been allured and fleeced….and that monies are being charged in the name of consultations by phone, emails etc etc………….FEE has been extracted and then nothing sound and worth is provided……and even litigants have been harassed and abused.

Dear LCI Querist @ Mr. Sandeep Kumar

Online portals are not substitute to in person interactions and discussions based on documents, evidence on record and inputs with a very able LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in concerned field of law e.g; Family matters in your case, and having successful track record.

Gradually one learns and becomes alert and can defend one’s interest and even so called and termed social stigma.

Even then one may preferably keep a very able LOCAL counsel for back up support.

For certain situations and Litigation one has to be brave and lion hearted……………..

There is enough material at LCI in threads, Articles, news, Judgments, Files,  Bare Acts etc etc………

Then take help from GOOGLE, Legal websites, court websites……..

LCI expert Mr. Shonee Kapoor that specializes in such ( Family) matters also has his well nourished blog…….

Read and be learn…………

Self reading can fetch basic understanding at least.

Dear LCI Querist @ Mr. Sandeep Kumar

One should act in time and avoid an instance becoming situation and then let situation go out of hands and control.

One can act in time and avoid situation going out of control.

One should always and without fail confide in parents, elders of the family, well wishers, competent and experienced companions/friends/relatives/counsels that can guide and support and tender wise and meaningful advise

ONE SHOULD NOT  JUMP AND DUMP ONESELF IN SOCIETY, POLICE STATIONS, COURTS OF LAW WITHOUT PROPER PREPARTION, UNDERSTANDING,EVIDENCE, SUPPORT………

LIFE IS A BETIFUL GIFT FROM LORD ALMIGHTY AND ONE SHOULD NOT WASTE SUC GIFT DUE ONE’S OWN ERRORS, FAULTS, FALSE EGO, LARGE EGO,EUEPHORIA;FALSE SENSE OF WELL BEING………….

You have done well by approaching your well wishers.

Identify that have natural skills or acquired skills and can arbitrate, conciliate, mediate, facilitate, and conclude minding your interest…….

Identify some shrude negotiators that can remain amiable, gentle and still negotiate and mind your interest……………

If mater has become litigation then do not hesitate to consult LOCAL counsels and well wishers and elders and try to diffuse and resolve out of court as much as possible and if it is not possible then in courts of law on evidence and merits………..as in courts matters may be decided dispassionately…
