what care must be taken while creating will? can it be challenged? difference between will and gift deed?

It will probably stand as long as you have it signed by two witnesses in your presence (it's best if they are people who wouldn't benefit under the Will and they must see you sign it before they sign it) and it's best to have it notarized as well. They can't sell that stuff online unless it can be legally effective but it's still up to you to take the proper steps.

Will must be created with sound condition of mind in front of 2-3 witnesses, the will be executed only after the death of Executant of the will, it must be registered to more legal sanctity. Any other person can be benefitted with the Will Deed. 

Gift Deed will be given to the family memebrs (blood relations) and it can be executed during the life time of Executant. It can be Notarized or Registered.
