Will property

My grandfather has 2 sons and 4 daughters, he transfer his property by will to his younger daughter (she take care her till her death) by his own consent and got it registered, 1.5yrs before he expired

1) how to declare other legal fomalaties?

2) how she has to take possession of the property?

3) What is the limitation period for her to claim under the will?

4) Is there possibilities challenging by her brothers?

Thanks in advance.

If it is self acquired property of the GF he can exeucte the will in favour his younger daughter.  There is no limitation to claim the property on the basis of the will, will always comes into exishtence after the death of the executant and possession she will have to take after the death of the executant.  Registrion of will is better option.  Unregd., and regd., will can be challenged.
