Withdrawl cash stolen inside bank in front of counter

@Advocate Sastry,

I called the grievance handling manager 2 days back but he said it will take some time. It is been around 15 days giving complaint at head office. One staff said if Police report says that it was Bank's fault then they might consider it and might Bank can do something otherwise it was a bad day for you.
    what should be in Police Investigation report ?

    Earlier they said they have have the RBI circular and notice sent to bank for CCTV instalation but now they are saying I should collect it from RBI.

    Where u stay? In Delhi or anywhere else?

This branch now may not give any document to you.

Apply your resources to obtain it from some other branch, or peruse RTI route.

In majority of the cities Police Commissioner, SSP have also issued circulars to install CCTV.

Follow the advice of Advocate Mr.Sastry.

what is the bank name and which place the incident occured  and how many days passed as last you gave complaint

bank name is Canara Bnak, Place Mehrauli, New delhi, incident occured on date 6/3/2013 at around 12:50pm and last complaint given on date 4/4/2013.

this is the Bank oubusdman if there is any irregularity or any complaint against the bank you have to complain i had given you the wesite address if you from new delhi go personally with all the documents what you are holding with one set of xerox and also a complaint drafted well with all details with date and talk to the person and submit and also give you upto date information to them why you had withdrawn and normally bank will not give cash only a bankers cheque and you told they paid you cash and why you accepted cash is the unanswered question

BO shall entertain complaints which are maintainable.

Before the complaint is lodged, study the criteria and nature of complaints handled by BO.

i had studies the complaints and also suggested him to approach if they accept it before going to court a step only because if rbi takes action bank authorities and his complaint process will be fast 

the incident occured 4/3 and nearly 40 days passed no improvement till date and the authorities also not in a mood to settle his complaint and also police is not taking any steps that why i had given him a proposal if the BO accepts his complaint will be fruitful or else he has to approach court
