    contracts, obligations, negotiable instruments,foreign bills, property disputes,partition,hindu law, coparcenery , specific reliefs, declarations, property matters, and banking laws.In 40th year of Practice.

    ontracts,civil law,hindu law, coparcenery, property laws,especially Transfer of Property Act, N.I. Act,Muslim Law,contractual obligations,sapecific relief act, bills of exchange , Recovery of Banks Dues Act SARFESA, securatisation,partition,declarations.

    My experience in the area (years):
    Practising law from 5-9-1972.Worked in Bank of india Legal Department.After bank tenure practising law. In Bank of India myself appeared in several High Courts as law officer on behalf of Bank of India. Appeared before DRTs,Tribunals and arbitrators.

    Organizations I belong to:
    Individual Practice now. Legal Executive in Bank of India 1985-2000.

    Bachelor of Arts Andhra University,Bachelor Of Laws Madras University 1969-1972.
